Things to know

  • A Bus reservation form must be submitted for approval no later than 3-4 weeks prior to the event. This insures we have time to check availability, have the proper information needed and ask any questions we might have.

  • City Church events have priority in scheduling and we will let you know if there is a scheduling conflict.

  • above the driver, is an overhead compartment that contains vehicle insurance card, registration and med kit. 

The ministry/organization using the bus are responsible for the following:

  • Pick up bus key from Lasma on the day of your event

  • for non-church events, upon return make sure fuel (87 Ocatane is fine) is at the same level you started with

  • put all trash in the trash can up front. Help keep our buses clean

  • all windows on the bus are closed

  • lock all doors

  • Drop off bus key in the mailbox located near Mccutcheon roa

All drivers must be approved by the Executive Pastor and be placed on City Church insurance before he/she can drive. If you aren't sure your driver is on the church insurance you can email lasmaz@thecitychurch.cc and she'll let you know.
