Releasing Arrows.

We believe the upcoming generation, like an arrow, needs to be released to tap into their full potential so they can change the world for Jesus.

Your child is important to us.

On your first visit, we need the following personal information: parent/legal guardian names, children’s names and birthdates, address, phone number and any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for each child.

This information is entered into our City Church database to help maintain our secure check-in system.

Your child's safety is important to us.

All City Kids volunteers and leaders must pass a background check.  We have a security team in place to ensure the safety within all ministries.  We also employ an electronic check-in system to facilitate our security goals.

CHECK-IN TIMES:

For the 9:30 AM Service: 9:15 AM until 9:50 AM

For the 11:15 AM Service: 11:00 AM until 11:35 AM

Nursery

Babies-3 years old

Our Nursery is divided into three classes:

  • Infants

  • 1 year olds

  • 2 year olds

Our nursery is staffed with professional, caring adults who provide a safe and secure environment conducive to the child's physical, social and spiritual growth. When you are confident in leaving your baby in the care of our staff, then you are able to worship with a sense of security. We have taken great care to prepare our nursery rooms to be the best environment for your baby with age appropriate toys and an opportunity to interact with others. As we hold the babies, we pray for them to receive all that God has for them in life. We believe every child we pray for will be touched by God.

City Church considers the nursery to be an important area of ministry, both for the child and for the parent.

Preschool

3 years old-Pre-K

Our preschool is divided into 3 classes:

  • 3 year olds

  • 4 year olds

  • Pre-K

During services, your child will be in the care of several trained volunteers and City Church staff members, all of whom meet required background standards.

Our goal is to encourage preschoolers in a growing, loving relationship with Jesus Christ and others in an atmosphere where they feel a sense of belonging. We present Biblical learning materials with a hands-on approach to help establish in the hearts of the children an active faith toward God and His Word. We have designed age appropriate classes just for them. We teach the simplicity of the Gospel through a variety of stories, crafts, Bible action songs and other activities. Every lesson taught reinforces Biblical truths. Children can be ministered to individually during this time.

Elementary

Kindergarten-5th Grade

Each Sunday, your elementary aged child will experience a live band worship setting and a dynamic Bible story which will engage them in the truth.  They will also spend time in a small group where they will focus on prayer.

We present scriptures and Biblical principles in a fun and nurturing way.  We believe it's important to reach all learning styles, so lessons are always developed with visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learners in mind.  Each service is centered around a Big Idea that we want them to remember and hold in their hearts after they leave.

Our children's services are fully staffed with adults and high school students who are committed to teaching and ministering to children. You can be confident that your child is well-cared for and having a great time learning about God while you worship.

  • City Students meets on Sunday nights from 6-8:30pm.

Sundays are the connection to authentic discipleship, new friendships, and tons of fun. No matter what’s going on, Sundays are the source of life-giving relationships and support. Students will never experience all that God has to offer until they connect in life-giving relationships.
