> go and make disciples of all nations...

Here at City Church Chattanooga, we have a heart for Global Missions.

> One of the ways we support Global Missions is through sending teams on short term mission trips.

These trips are an incredible way to reach the lost, bless our mission partners and to further the Kingdom of God.

> We have a detailed application process and payment schedule for each of our teams.

Each team that goes will be lead by a “Team Leader”.  That team leader will host Informational Meetings once a month leading up to the trip to build unity and to train the team effectively.   It is very important that everyone makes it a priority to be at these meetings.

> Finances are a big part of short term mission trips.

We believe that God will provide for each person if He has called them to be a part of a trip.   For each trip, we require all team members to send “sponsor letters” because in different seasons, some people are called to GO and some people are called to be SENDERS.  It’s also a great way for your friends and family to support you in doing what God has called you to do.

> Each team is unique and each trip is different.

Flexibility is one of the biggest strengths we want our team members to have. We believe God leads our trips and we want to listen to His leading, even if it’s not in our plans.

> Please pray about being a part of one of our trips this year.

If you feel God is leading you to GO, please go to “Join a Trip" click on the trip you would like to attend and follow the instructions.   If you feel that this is not quite the right time for you, please consider being a sender and give to a trip.

16 Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. 17 When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted.

18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.

19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.

And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Matthew 28:16-20
