Celebration of Celebration of Life for Daniel Bryan Love

Daniel Bryan Love, 44, of Ooltewah, TN went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, September 12, 2025.

He was born in Chattanooga, TN to the late James Love and Gwen Gipson. His parents and brother, Wesley Love preceded him in death.

Daniel was a ray of sunshine. He never complained, was always up for an adventure and loved to travel to new places, he was intelligent and loved math. Daniel loved working with his hands and building things. He loved all sports, but especially golf, Alabama football and the Atlanta Braves, but what he loved the most was spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed.

Daniel was a man of great faith who was a member of City Church of Chattanooga. He had this holy confidence in Jesus and would openly share his faith with others. Daniel met people where they were in life and he was truly the hands of feet of Jesus. His favorite quote which was found in his Bible describes how he lived, “No matter what happens good or bad, it all goes through God’s hands.”

Survivors include his loving wife of 14 years, Joanie Love; his children, Logan and Alyssa Love; grandparents, Hoot and Jewel Gipson and Marcie Gipson; uncle, Mark Gipson; aunt, Gina Raulston (Randy) and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 20, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at City Church of Chattanooga, 7122 Lee Highway, Chattanooga, TN 37421. A celebration of life will follow at 11:00 am at the church.

In honor of Daniel’s radiant personality, the family has requested everyone to wear bright colors (crimson and orange especially encouraged).
