Carry the Light / Week 7

This Sunday is the day we have been talking about for weeks -- it’s Carry the Light Sunday! I have been praying about December 21 for quite some time, and I truly believe it’s going to be a powerful and meaningful day. This past Sunday when we had the opportunity to kneel together in prayer, it felt like such a sacred moment.

We are inviting every household to pray and be part of what God is doing. Here’s a simple way to approach this opportunity: Pray… pause to listen… respond with courage. Whatever amount God places on your heart to give, remember that our greatest impact happens when everyone joins in together.

This initiative, Carry the Light, is about how your faithful generosity helps maximize our impact in our church, our community, and beyond. The Carry the Light Offering will help us do three specific things: serve families in need this Christmas, meet our 2025 budget needs, and plant seeds for next year’s ministry.
