Fresh Start is a gathering for individuals 18 years and older seeking a community of
people with different backgrounds and challenges. This is a time for support and
accountability for anyone with life-controlling issues.

What do we mean by life-controlling issues?
Life-controlling issues are not limited to those battling addiction, but also encompass
individuals struggling with hidden pain, relationship difficulties, anger, pride, and other
challenges. Our Living Free material describes life controlling issues as B.E.A.R.S.

What does a typical night at Fresh Start Look like?
Fresh Start meets weekly on Tuesday Nights from 6:30-9:00 pm in the gym.
Dinner| 6:30 - 6:55 pm
Large Group | 7:00 - 7:50 pm
Small Groups | 8:00 - 9:00 pm

While not required, signing up is encouraged so that you can stay connected and up-to-date with all that’s happening at Fresh Start. Let others know to come too!
